Hold the pancho up with the cylinder (1) at the top

Fold the cylinder (1) in half down to where the seam splits in two

Fold the cylinder down in half again

Tie the tails (2) and (3) in a knot

Flip the Pancho upside down.
Turn the pancho inside-out. Place on head
