Single Beanie
Hold the pancho up with the cylinder (1) at the top
Fold the cylinder (1) in half down to where the seam splits in two
Fold the cylinder down in half again
Flip the pancho upside down.

Tie the tails (2) and (3) in a knot and pull onto your head
